You'll notice that I'm comparing three folders, all containing a "temporary.file" file, and I've selected it and "" which is only present in the 'right' folder. In the current beta release "Compare Non-horizontally" brings up a window that looks like this: In the current stable release "Compare Non-horizontally" is a submenu which looks like this: The "Compare Non-horizontally" feature I referred to is used when comparing folders in WinMerge and it's activated by select two or three files (by Ctrl+click) then right clicking one of them and choosing "Compare Non-horizontally". ![]() I was wondering what you meant by "Compare To" as I've never seen that, but if it's part of the shell integration, that would explain it as I use the releases and when I tested the Beta build I replaced the App\WinMerge and App\WinMerge64 folders with the contents of their respective zips so I could run the Launcher to keep it portable while examining the new version. ![]() Oh! I just realized that perhaps you're referring to the shell integration.
